Life found on Mars

"When I am grown up I wanna be a spaceship pilot."

Does this sound familiar to you, Hani?

Maybe you dreamed of becoming a princess, superman
or the first female president of the US.

When you were a child, the chances of you thinking big
were pretty high.

Just imagine you would have followed your dream and
become a spaceship pilot? Maybe you would've found
life on Mars (hey, if you think big, anything is possible)!

Why is it, that when we grow older, we stop thinking big?

We still have the ability to think big but why don't we?

The truth is, there are NO limitations to what you're able
to accomplish when you combine your creative energy
with a little confidence.

With Go Big Now, you'll learn about the true potential of your
mind and its ability to create and attract anything your
imagination can conjure up.

With the help of this meditation tactic I will teach you
how to master confidence and creativity.

Want To Enjoy Small Talk?

Small talk conversation Pointers You Can Use Today

Small talk is often dreaded many people.  It is seen as the awkward
part of conversation.  Small talk comes before a drawn out
conversation or is just a small conversation in itself.  Small talk
doesn`t require witty stories or much detail, actually.

Most people see small talk as something you do like a friendly hello
or to take up time before interesting conversation comes along.  In
reality small talk can be interesting, it does not have to be just to
pass the time and it definitely does not have to be uncomfortable.
Conversation Fire & Charisma Secrets
The following tips outline some great pointers for how to make
small talk less of a chore and more fun.  You will find information
on what to say, how to ease your nerves and above all, how to keep
small talk from getting out of control.

1. Set a comfortable tone.

You do not want to give off the feeling that you are uncomfortable
with the conversation.  You should take control of the conversation,
initiate topics and keep things going.

If you sense the other person is uncomfortable then you should try
changing the topic or letting them take over the conversation.  The
whole idea is that small talk should not feel odd or awkward.

2. Start out a conversation by talking about something obvious.

If you happen to run into an old friend in the store and she has a new
baby, then comment on the baby.  If you are meeting someone for the
first time and trying to strike up a conversation then look for
something about them to talk about.

For example, if they are wearing a shirt with a cute saying or picture,
comment on that. Most people find it easy to talk about themselves, so
that is why this is a great place to start.

3. Ask questions to keep the conversation flowing.

Try not to ask the same type of question over and over.  For example,
do not keep asking why questions.  Mix it up a little and use them all:
who, what, when, where, why and how.  Keep your question interesting
too.
Conversation Fire & Charisma Secrets
Try to avoid the mundane questions like, "Where are you
living now?" or "What have you been up too?".  These worn out
questions can make a person believe you would rather not be having
a conversation with them, but you are because it would be rude to
just walk away.

4. Use a good topic to base your conversation around.

The main things people talk about during small talk are: family,
occupation, hobbies, and anything they are passionate about.  Starting
out asking about a question regarding one of these topics will get the
other person talking.

You can ask questions and get great feedback.  Starting out with
something they know about will ensure you get them talking.

5. Remember to keep the conversation short.

Nothing is worse than a small talk session dragging out into a full blown
hour long conversation.  Most people have something else on their
agenda when they begin in small talk, so keep that in mind.

If you are really interested in what they are saying and wish you could
talk longer then get their email address or phone number and continue
the conversation later.

Following these pointers will help you be able to carry on
effective and interesting small talk conversations.  You can avoid
those strange periods of silence where you never quite know what to
say.

You will also be able to make the other person feel good about your
conversation.  Small talk can be a good time.  You just have to know the
right way to do it.

Make "Brisk Walking" A Positive Habit...

Hi

"Not running, not jogging, but walking is your most efficient
exercise and the only one you can safely follow all the
years of your life."

- Executive Health Organization

Walking as a daily exercise habit can truly be a life-changing
positive habit and is one of the most powerful habits
for reaching your goal of a healthy trim and fit body. Over the
past 20 years, there have been dozens of studies that
have proven the benefits of brisk walking.

Thousands upon thousands of people have improved their health and
lost weight by the diligent habit of walking. If
you think that walking does not provide the same benefits as other
more vigorous exercises, think again.

A study published by the New England Journal Of Medicine showed
that postmenopausal women who walked regularly lowered their risk
for heart disease just as much as women who did more vigorous
exercise, such as playing sports or running.
Checkout Here
This study suggests that walking is just as good for your heart as
heavy exercise. I spoke with study author Dr. JoAnn E. Manson,
Chief of Preventive Medicine at Brigham and Womens Hospital,
Professor of Medicine, at Harvard Medical School.
She said, "The study provides compelling evidence that walking and
vigorous exercise provide similar heart benefits, about a 30% to
40% reduction in the risk of cardiovascular disease with 30 minutes
per day of either activity."

I also asked her about the benefits of making brisk walking a
positive habit, and she responded, "they could surely
walk away from heart disease and several other chronic diseases. We
have also found that brisk walking for at least 3 hours a week
can lower the risk of stroke, type 2 diabetes, and breast cancer.

No pain, no gain, is an outdated notion; exercise doesn't need to
be strenuous or uncomfortable. It can be easy and enjoyable." Even
though the study consisted solely of women, it is likely that men
would experience similar benefits from the positive
habit of brisk walking.

Here are additional benefits you will receive from your habit of
brisk walking:

* Walking burns calories and helps you lose weight and burn excess
body fat.
* Walking can help to improve your posture.
* Walking requires no special equipment or gyms.
* Walking can help lower blood pressure and help prevent
circulatory and heart disorders.
* Brisk, aerobic walking will give you the benefits of other
exercises, such as jogging and cycling, but without the
risk of injuries.
* Walking at night can help promote better sleep.

Are you like me and have a hard time with eating
beans and grains, despite the fact they're supposed
to be 'healthy'?

Do you gain fat when you eat even "non-refined"
healthy carbs like brown rice?

I did -- until recently.

Here's your mid-week tip:

Soak all grains and legumes for 24 hours
       prior to cooking them.

Don't worry -- they taste the same. They're even
more fluffy. But, more important than that --

they are now "lectin-free"...or 90% there.

What are lectins?

Lectins are protein and protein-family substances
that love to bind to stuff and mess with your body's
cellular structure.

The have a nasty habit of rendering even the most
healthy of foods (almost always plant-based) very
unhealthy for you to consume.

This does not have to be.

Simply soaking brown rice and legumes (beans)
in water for 24 hours, according to food allergy
researcher Dr. David Freed, causes the lectins in
both foods to be destroyed 10 minutes into cooking.

This will not happen if you cook grains normally.

This is why you may be sniffling or having a hard
time with "good carbs" in your diet. There are other
reasons, but I've found this to be the ace in the hole.

Try it and see if your grains don't go down better.

How to Become What You Want to Be

"If you want to be a writer, you have to write."
I was sixteen years old when my father said those words to me. They were both kind and cruel. And I never forgot them.Checkout The Magic Of Making Up
The first time I can remember wanting to be a writer was several years earlier. I was eleven or twelve years old. It happened in the kitchen on a weekday night.
I had written a poem for Sister Mary Something at St. Agnes elementary school. My rhyming quatrain (AABB) was titled, pretentiously, "How do I know the World Is Real?"
I was sitting at the kitchen table finishing it off when my father walked up behind. I could feel him reading over my shoulder. I felt anxious, embarrassed. This little thing I was making, this first poem, was being scrutinized by a very serious critic. In addition to being the man who sat at the head of the table at dinner and in the living room thereafter, my father was a credentialed writer, an award-winning playwright, a Shakespearean scholar and a teacher of literature, including poetry.
I had seen my father, on Saturday mornings, hunched over student essays, muttering complaints about "virtual illiterates" and mockingly reading out loud passages to my mother that sounded perfectly good to me at the time but elicited derisive laughter from her. My father understood the secret-to-me clues of good writing. I didn't feel at all comfortable having my fragile young poem exposed to the awesome danger of his critical mind.
So there I sat, hoping he would be distracted by something and go away but he didn't. It must have only been a minute, but it felt much longer. Then I felt his hand on my shoulder, gentle and warm. "You may have a talent for writing," he said. And then he turned his attention to the refrigerator, took out a beer and went back to his reading chair in the living room.
I wrote lots of poetry in the months that followed and I began to think of myself as a writer. I liked that feeling. But soon other interests - touch football, the Junior Police Club, Virginia Lanzo - crowded themselves into my life.
Gradually I wrote less and less. I still yearned to be a writer and so I began to feel guilty about not writing. To assuage my guilt, I promised myself that my other activities were life experience and that I needed life experience to become the good writer I wanted to be.
In developing this excuse for not writing, I was building a structure of self-deception that so many people live inside when they abandon their dreams. From the outside it looks like you are doing nothing. But from the inside you know that you are in the process of becoming, which, you convince yourself, is the next best thing to being.
The truth was I never really understood what it meant to be a writer. I just knew that it was something I wanted to become. And although I had traded in my love of writing for a passion for football and the He Man Woman's Hater Club and for Virginia Lanzo, I told myself that it was okay not to write so long as I spent some time now and then wanting to be a writer.
This was the shape of my delusion when, at 16, I asked my father finally, "So how does a person become a writer?"
I will never forget his answer. He said, "The way to become a writer is to write."
So many people live their lives failing to become what they want. They do so because the "can't find the time" or the opportunity to get started.
How many times have you heard someone talk about how one day they will do what they always wanted to do - to practice medicine or to play guitar or to travel the world or paint pictures or write a book? And when you hear people you like expressing sentiments like those what do you feel? Happy because you are confident that one day they will accomplish their long-held goal? Or sort of sad for them because you are pretty sure they never will?
And what about you? What is it that you want to be but haven't become? What goal or project or task do you keep talking about accomplishing yet never do?
When my father told me that "writers write," he was saying two things:
  • That I had lost the right to call myself a writer when I stopped writing.
  • That I could regain the title the moment I started writing again.
If you spend a while ruminating on these thoughts you may find them both disturbing and liberating.
In my case, I was disturbed because what I wanted my father to say was that the way to become a writer was to read books about writing and then take courses on writing and then perhaps become an apprentice to a writer and then begin writing little bits here and there and finally, after 3 or 10 years of education, preparation and qualification, I would somehow automatically become a writer. In the meantime, I would be a writer in training - which seemed to carry with it the prestige of being a writer without the responsibility of actually writing.
But my father's definition wouldn't allow that. As long as I was studying writing or preparing myself to be a writer and yet not actually writing I wasn't a writer. It was as simple as that.
For many years I struggled with this pronouncement and subconsciously resented my father for making it. Why did my father want me to feel bad about not actually writing? Why wouldn't he encourage me to do what I wanted to do, which was to prepare to become a writer?
It seemed sort of mean and unnecessary, a fire-and-brimstone approach to career counseling. "Unless thy daily toils comprise the holy act itself, you reside in the valley of the faithless."
Lots of people feel this way: that they can keep their dream alive and derive some of the ego satisfaction they hope their dream will give them simply by living in a state of becoming. "I am not yet the person I want to become, but so long as I continue to express a wish to become that person, I keep that possibility alive and deserve credit for doing so."
Yes, you'll be a great guitar player one day so it really doesn't matter that you can't play a single chord now.
My father was telling me that if I wanted to become a writer the first thing I had to do was to refuse to accept any psychological credit for wanting to be a writer.
Unless I was actually writing I would never be a writer.
It didn't matter how much I wanted to be one, how much I knew about writing or how many degrees and certificates I would earn. If I wanted to become a writer there was only one thing I could do: start writing.
I didn't understand this until many years later, but in that terse definition my father was also telling me that all the formal, official, legal and socially acceptable qualifications for being something that you want to be are ultimately bullshit.
If you really want to do something, don't worry about qualifications, credentials and certifications, just do it.
Just do it. That's Nike's slogan. And mine too. If you have a dream deferred, it should be your slogan too.
Accepting my father's lesson was like learning to swim in cold water -- painful at first but invigorating after I got used to it. After the initial disappointment of giving up the delusion that the state of becoming a writer was  as good as being one I had no choice but to jump over the becoming stage and simply be.
I did that by writing. Every day. And when I learned the secret of getting up early and writing first thing in the morning - hours before other people trailed into work - then I began to really live my dream.
These days I usually get to the office between 6:30 and 7:00 and the first thing I do is brew a cup of coffee and fire up the computer. There is no better feeling for me than to get going, sometimes by writing in my journal but more often by tackling something tougher, like a book chapter, first thing in the morning when the office is dark and quiet.
Of all the many pleasures of being a writer - the finishing of the manuscript, the collaboration with editors, seeing the book for the first time and even the best seller lists and parties - the purest and finest for me has always been the first few hours every morning when I am in a writerly groove.
What I am saying is that the best part about being a writer, I have discovered, is the writing.
To enjoy that best part, you don't need to be working at a certain level nor do you need to have taken so many hours of classes or received any diplomas, certificates or degrees. All you need to do is to do the thing you want to do. Just do it!
Here's a bonus thought: the best way to become something special is also the fastest and the easiest: just start doing it. Don't wait for the proper time. Don't wait till you've finished your education. Don't insist on getting all your qualifications first. Just start doing it.
That, I realize now, was the other side of what my father was telling me. If a writer is someone who writes - and not someone who has an MFA in Creative Writing or even someone who collets a check for writing - then I could become a writer simply by starting to write! I didn't have to take any courses or complete any qualifications or get someone to pay for my writing.
All I had to do was write.
I become a writer the moment I start writing and I cease to be a writer the moment I stop. From an existential perspective, this is exactly right. And if you can think existentially, you will see that this is exactly how it should be. If you live by this existential perspective, nobody can stop you from becoming what you want to be and you don't have to wait for anyone's approval or acknowledgement. You just make a decision to become and then you become.
Two great American poets, Emily Dickinson and Charles Bukowski, became writers this way. Neither had any formal education in writing or was qualified to write poetry in any way. They just began writing and kept writing and eventually their writing became better (which is really not the point) and recognized as great poets (which is also not the point.) They became writers by writing. Nobody could stop them. And they didn't have to wait.Checkout The Magic Of Making Up
This idea may apply to the dream of becoming a writer, one might argue, but what if your dream were to be a doctor or a lawyer or a professional basketball player?
Here is where we run into a little snag. Certain professions require degrees and certifications. And others require extremely high levels of skill. You can't become a doctor simply by doctoring. Can you?
I'd say yes you can. If your dream of being a doctor (or a lawyer, etc.) entails getting paid for your work, then you will have to go through the officially sanctioned process that the people in charge, in their infinite wisdom, have established for the good of the community. But if your dream is to do what doctors are supposed to - to help heal people, then you can become a doctor, albeit a non-professional folk doctor, simply by starting to help people heal.
In choosing the doctor dream I am purposely pushing this idea to its limits to make a point. I recognize that being a good doctor, as in being a good healer, requires a good deal of knowledge and skill. But I'm not talking about becoming good at something (Just as my dad was not talking about becoming a good writer.), I'm talking about becoming what you want to become, about living your dream.
If you want to be a doctor in the sense of healing people then nobody can stop you. You can be thrown in jail if you are prosecuted for practicing medicine without a license, but if you want to heal and are careful about staying legal then you can go ahead and become a healer immediately.
Just start healing!
Before you write in to tell me how irresponsible I am, let me say that I am not advocating that ETR readers practice medicine without licenses. What I am saying is that if you want to be anything, even something that in the regulated world requires education and certification, you can become that person simply by doing the thing you want.
  • So what is the best way to become a guitar player? Start playing that guitar.
  • And what is the best way to become a lyricist? Just write those songs.
  • And what is the best way to become a basketball player? Start shooting those hoops.
Don't worry about not being qualified. And don't worry about not getting paid for it. If you have a dream that's been long deferred, don't spend another day talking about what you will do one day, just do it

Sarah is one of the loveliest people you could ever meet. She`s
smart, well informed and a loyal friend. Anyone who knows her
would tell you that.

Why is it then that Sarah worries about meeting new people,

The answer is simple. She worries that people will find her
uninteresting and she is afraid she`ll run out of things to
say.

Bad Memories Haunt Her

You see, once or twice in the past Sarah has suffered through
moments of embarrassment when she was lost for words and her
mind went completely blank.  She just stood there feeling
awkward with everyone staring at her.

Having to go through this again is her worst nightmare and so
she makes a point of avoiding meeting people. Even thinking
about it makes her nervous and a little scared.

Here is what I said to Sarah when she requested my advice:

You`re not alone. Everyone has moments of doubt and
worries about meeting people. That`s perfectly normal.

And its good that you are facing this issue and ready to
make a change. To get started take a moment to think
about how you want it to be when you meet people.

Future Perfect

Imagine for a moment what your life would be like if you
could drop this tendency to hold yourself back. Your
typical day would be so different. Think of the fun you
would have joking with people.

Imagine all the new people you´d get to know and think
about how good you would feel being an active participant
rather than hiding on the periphery of the group.

Right now, it is as if an imaginary barrier is keeping you
away from other people. And yes, it is imaginary, it is not
real except in your mind.

What Popular People Do

The people who connect with others, those who are all
smiles and radiating warm confidence simply look at the
world differently. The world is not different - it merely
looks different to them. You can join them when you drop
the self imposed restrictions that are holding you back.

Face your fears and drop them one by one. You do this by
changing how you think - not by changing the world. As soon
as you feel differently about dealing with people others
will notice the change in you and start treating you
differently.

The Law Of Reflection

That´s the funny thing about life - to change the world
change yourself and the people in your world will follow
your lead. They respond to you by reflecting back how you
feel about yourself.

If you feel good about yourself, if you feel confident and
at ease others assume you to be confident and at ease. They
then respect you more. And all because you decided to
respect yourself.

But, when you are fearful you give off different vibes and
because you are avoiding people they tend to avoid you.

How To Kill Conversation Fear

And this is why you must identify and let go of your
conversation fear - the fear that stops you from enjoying
the company of others.

Drop the fear and notice how people are much more
interested in getting to know you better. Why? Because you
are letting your true personality shine.

What can you do right now to beat conversation fear?

Review the Conversation Fear report that comes with my
course.

http://www.howtotalkwithconfidence.com/

If you ever know what to say and still cannot speak up it
is because fear has gotten the better of you. This fear
will not go away until you know how to eliminate it. I show
you three ways in that report.

And make sure you are up to date on the 15 ways to start
and keep a conversation going. I showed you how to do this
in the How to Start a Great Conversation with Anyone report
that you also get with my course.

Have a great day,

Peter Murphy

Putting It All Together

I recently discovered that my life's purpose is to teach
others.  Not in the sense of a teacher in a classroom lecturing
students on what is correct and what isn't.

I want to teach by sharing my thoughts and experiences.  I want to
teach you, right here, right now.  I hope that by reading these
emails and performing the mind techniques, you will walk away from
it not only a better person, but also confident in the fact that
you can face any challenge and reach any goal.

If you can master your mind, you can have anything you want.

So now that we have learned about the five mind techniques and have
practiced performing them, let's put them all together.  Any of the
mind techniques alone will have a strong positive influence in your
life, but combining them together will give you exponential results.

Reprogram Your Mind And Body Today For Success at
Discover About it More here

Action Plan for Combining All Five Mind Techniques:

Step 1:  The very first thing that I recommend doing is the Ideal
Day Generation mind technique.  This exercise will force you to
define what success is for you. It will be the foundation from
which everything else is built.  Find a quiet place, take your time
and enjoy the process.  You are creating the blueprint of the life
of your dreams.  Have fun with it.

Step 2:  Taking your Ideal Day, pick the aspect about it that you
most want to see in your life.  It may be being healthier, making a
certain amount of money, or spending more time with loved ones.
Whatever it is that you most want to see come true, focus on that.
You will then use this one aspect for your Power Visualization
sessions to be performed once a day.

Step 3:  Next, take that same one aspect that you picked out of
your Ideal Day, and use it to create your sentences to use with the
Affirmation Imprinting and Repetitive Writing mind techniques.

Step 4:  The Subliminal Messaging mind technique is the only one
that you will need to get help with.  So, either purchase one from
MindZoom or do a search on Google to find one that you like.

If you have the discipline to put all of these techniques in place,
you will start to see massive results in a very short period of time.

Here is what a typical day would look like using these mind
techniques:

1.  You wake up and immediately start doing the Repetitive Writing
technique by writing out your desired sentence on one whole side of
a page in your spiral notebook.

2.  Next you will do the Affirmation Imprinting technique by taking
out the index card with your sentence on it, and reading it out
loud twenty time with enthusiasm.

3.  Once you turned on your computer, you will immediately run the
software you purchased to that you can do the Subliminal Messaging
mind technique.  After the programs is started, just go about your
normal computer activities (the software takes care of the rest by
sending messages directly to your subconscious mind).

4.  Sometime during the day when you have a few minutes to
yourself, close your eyes and start your Power Visualization
session using the aspect you picked out of your Ideal Day.

5.  If this happens to be the day to work on your Ideal Day
Generation, take it out and read it out loud with enthusiasm.

6.  Throughout the day, whenever you see an index card, perform
your Affirmation Imprinting exercise.

7.  Before going to bed, practice your Affirmation Imprinting and
Repetitive Writing mind techniques once more.
Discover About it More here
As you sleep, your subconscious will be in a flurry of activity.

Why?  Because all day long you flooded it with powerful images and
phrases of the way you want your life to be.  It feels tension and
is working on ways to relieve that tension by sending you thoughts,
opportunities and motivation.

Like I said earlier, I don't want things to end here.  As a
subscriber to my newsletter, I will send you my thoughts from time
to time. I want to teach.  I want you to succeed.

Yours Truly,
Greg Frost.

The 7 Rules Of Wealth Creation

I've something very interesting to share with you today...

Called the "The 7 Rules Of Wealth Creation". So sit
back and make yourself comfortable as you go through
this.

Enjoy...
Checkout The Forgotten Laws of the universe
Wealth and prosperity are the key to a happy life and there is no
doubt about that. Money may not buy you extra years of life or
health or more happiness, but money plays an important role in the
society and money itself is a powerful energy that moves the world.

In spirituality studies, there is a Law of Wealth and Success and
anyone who knows and applies these seven laws of wealth creation
will become prosperous. Not many people know about these seven laws
because they are hidden from our eyes which see only the tangible
objects and beyond generic understanding.

The seven laws of wealth creation have been known by ancient sages
of diverse cultures and religions. They are universal thus any
person of any belief can apply and use them in their lives to
spectacular success. They are briefly explained as here below:

1. Everything that you need to become rich is already within you.

All you have to do is to externalize it. Everyone has it in their
mind. But you need to make it "show" up. That is, develop that
"millionaire mentality", if not, it is impossible to attract any
wealth into your life. It is also important to view money as sacred
source of energy. Do not despise money. If this energy is properly
channeled, together with the creative harmony of the Universe, your
powerful positive thoughts can bring you anything you want into
your life.

2. Love money if you want it to love you back
Checkout The Forgotten Laws of the universe
This law may sound laughable, because who does not like money?
Everyone likes money, isn't it? Subconsciously, people may reject
money due to some religious teachings although consciously they may
be welcoming it. You need to love money totally and devotedly just
like you devotedly love your lover. Love money without false pride
and it will love you back. Do not view it as evil nor doubt its
nature. Money is not dirty but only minds that own it dirty it. You
condemn, you lose.

3. Being aware of money leads to having money

Achieving financial security is a process. It means this process
will accompany you in your life and by opening up your heart and
mind to prosperity, you will build yourself a feeling of wealth
that nobody can take it away from you. Thoughts are energy impulses
with the power to materialize therefore one must know the destiny
of one's life is all contained in his or her thoughts. So get used
to thinking in terms of comfort, wealth and prosperity and the best
will come to you. Do not despise yourself!

4. Money comes into your life for a specific reason

When money comes into your life, it is subordinate to an aim, an
objective or a wish. Having an aim in life is the force that drives
life on; it is what gives existence a meaning and makes it sacred.
It is up to you to discover this aim in your life. Wealth takes on
different aspects so you need to define it clearly how you want
wealth to show up in your life. From now on, define your life
objective as specific as possible and stick to it until you have
achieved it.

5. Money must circulate freely
Checkout The Forgotten Laws of the universe
Money is an energy, and all energies needs to circulate, so money
needs to be circulated just like blood in your body. When blood
circulates freely in you, your health is excellent. So keep your
money circulating. This does not mean do not save. You need to save
it based on the emotion of optimism in life. People think that
having a savings is to prevent you against "raining days" and this
is based on the emotion of pessimism, not something which is
encouraged when it comes to money circulation. Do not live under
constant fear. So saving money as long as it is born of healthy
positive thoughts will not block the circulation of money or
universe cosmic energy.

6. You have to give to receive

This is the universal principle of wealth and prosperity! You reap
what you sow. Acquiring money without giving back builds up
negative karma which will manifest at some stage. If you are
generous, altruistic, sincere and modest, not proud or
hypocritical, the Universe will, in return, gives you more. Giving
and receiving are not just limited to material things. It can be
about respect, compliments or admirations of others. So open your
heart wider to give and receive more. Once you receive anything,
also remember to give gratitude and thanks to the Universe for the
gift and be grateful for what you already have.

7. Trust your intuition

Everyone has a "little voice" in us that speaks up when we are in
doubts. The problem is, we have completely shut ourselves off from
the "little voice". The voice is actually your life's best buddy
and it can be can be found at the right side of your brain. To
consult your buddy, formulate a wish or question in your heart and
then allow whatever comes to flow, preferably during a meditation
process. So whenever you encounter a situation that is doubtful,
ask your intuition and it will inspire and guide you through. So
apply your intuition to your money making processes!

These are the seven powerful rules of wealth creation. They are the
undisputed ways to generate wealth in your life so always have full
faith in them for they have already been tested over and over again
over the course of the history. Put them into practice now and your
efforts will be richly rewarded. Do consult your spiritual guidance
if you are not sure. Apply them everyday with confidence and
perseverance and soon you will start to see wonders.

Hope you found today's reading useful. =)

Could a 7-year old be ruining your life

Hope all is well with you!

Listen... you've probably heard it before:

About 80% of your thoughts are dictated by
your subconscious mind. The same goes for
your actions.

Some researchers even estimate that number
to be higher...

Anyway, that means that it's really your
subconscious mind that's calling the shots
in your life - for better or worse...

And as you know, for most people, it tends to
rather be the 'worse' side of the fence.

=====
Why?
=====

Well:

- Most of our subconscious mental habits
and views were formed before the age of 7.

- So as strange as it may sound at first: 80%
of your thoughts (and resulting actions) are
really the result of a mindset of a 7-year
old kid!

Now don't get me wrong:

Certain child-like features like an open,
adventurous, and curious mindset can be
very beneficial in life...

However, if you want real, tangible 'success'
in life (whatever that means to you)... you
do need to grow into certain levels of
developmental maturity.

And even if you grew up in a wonderful family
as a kid... having a driving mindset of a
7-year old can be very detrimental to
your life as an adult.

==========
Here's why:
==========

* When you were very young, you were totally
dependent on the people around you for
survival. Your life was all about
'staying on their good side'.

True enough, no doubt you let them know when
you thought your needs weren't being met (e.g.
through your share of tantrums and screaming)...

But as long as your fundamental needs were
covered - sleep, food, attention, and of
course diapers - you were probably
reasonably content.

* Today, however, you want much more than that:

You not only want to be self-sustaining and
independent... but you also want to live a
fulfilling and abundant life.

Unfortunately... even though you're not a kid
anymore... the majority of your underlying,
driving subconscious mindset was created
during those first seven years of full
dependency.

And as explained, the resulting patterns in
your subconscious mind are calling the shots
in your life right now!

============================
** Now even though that may sound
desperate, here's the good news: **
============================

As problematic as this all this seems, there's
no need to worry.

Actually, the fact that you're reading this
indicates that you're one of the rare few
who are already aware of the prison of
limitations that you subconsciously
operate from (at least in part)...

The question is:

=======================
** How do you break free? **
=======================

For that, you'll want to take a look at this
subconscious transformational  book

Go ahead , and see if this is
something you could benefit from.

If you've found yourself unable to commit to the
big goals you have set in your life and are
tired of making little or no progress...

this book is what you need
what you need!

Get focused

As you go through the day, ask yourself "What am I focused on
right now?" and then ask yourself "What is a better FEELING thought
that I can choose?"

When you do this consistently you instantly open up the lines
of attraction for what you do want.

Try it -- you'll be amazed.

Are these Characteristic's yours

Hi

7 Characteristic's of Successful People

Take Responsible For Their Own Destiny

Successful people do not blame other people or their circumstance
for their current situation. They believe it is their
responsibility to achieve what they desire. They do not wait for
it to fall into their lap or rely on other people to make it
happen for them.

Conquer Their fears

Facing your fear is a very important step on the path to success.
Fear is the most common reason why people do not take the
required action they need to take to achieve their goals. Don't
let fear hold you back.

Overcome Any Obstacles

"Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your
eyes off your goals"- Sydney Smit

Having an obstacle is the same as having a problem that needs a
solution.

Know That There Is Unlimited Opportunity

Unsuccessful people seem to complain about lack... lack of money
and lack of opportunities. Successful people know that there is
an abundance of money out there, and opportunities are constantly
moving towards them.

Go Against Conventional Wisdom

Successful people do not live by conventional wisdom; they know
that if they follow the same system as the average person, they
will produce the same results as the average person.

Do NOT Need The Approval Of Others To Succeed

If you are always looking for others' approval in what you're
doing then you will not get very far, and you will certainly not
be self-empowered.

Are Not Scared Of Failure
The Power Of Positive Habits
Most successful people fail their way to success, and this is
because they learn from their mistakes and try again until they
succeed. You can only fail if you give up

It’s time to say, “No more.”

It’s time to draw the line in the sand.
“No more” to overspending. If you’ve been spending money like
it’s going out of style, stop.  Create a budget for the week
right now. The cost of gasoline, utilities, food and healthcare
continues to rise; sometimes it seems the prices increase
weekly. Stop Procrastinating Today
“No more” to overeating. If you’ve been indulging in sweets and
other carbohydrates (bread, rice, pasta) on a daily basis,
stop. Take the first step towards becoming healthier. For one
week I invite you to reduce and/or eliminate foods from a box,
wrapper, or can. I know it’s hard, but try it for only one
week.
“No more” to sitting on the sofa. It’s time to get up and move.
If you haven’t been exercising, start this week. Don’t go
overboard. You don’t have to join a gym or run marathons. Just
begin by taking short walks around your neighborhood.
“No more” to whining or complaining about your current
situation.  I recall reading a line from Wayne Dyer’s book,
Your Erroneous Zone: “If you don’t like where you are in life,
change the station.”
Now is the time to improve your financial situation, eat
healthier, start an exercise program, and change your mental
outlook.
No more waiting.

If You Don't "Take Charge" Who Will?

Perhaps the most important decision
any person can make is the decision to take personal
responsibility for their life.

What does that mean?

Let me give you some examples:

I cannot tell you how many times I have listened
to people complain about how they are always getting sick.

As they are explaining their various health problems to me
they pause to lift a cigarette to their mouth. I tell them that
they are only making their situation worse by smoking cigarettes,
they shrug their shoulders and say "you gotta die from something."

I always ask the non-smokers with health issues this question:

"How many times a week do you elevate your heart rate to 70%
of it's maximum for 10 minutes or more?"

The answer I get 90% of the time is "never."

No wonder that have health issues, they live a sedentary lifestyle.
If you want to be healthy you have to move, and move often....stay
still and you will be doomed to live a life filled with
health problems.

The most important decision you can make in your life is
to take personal responsibility for it.

If you have an addiction kick it. There are numerous support
groups to help you....no excuses.

If you are overweight and unhealthy get fit and in shape.
Read books about healthy diets, healthy lifestyles, don't
accept anything but the best for yourself.

Be proactive!

Who has to live in your skin?

That's right, it is you!

Not your doctor!

Not your husband or wife or your children!

It is you who has to live in "YOUR" skin!

You have to live with the consequences of
not taking positive steps to prevent sickness
and disease in your life, and it is you
that can take the steps to bring wellness
back to your life.

It is "YOU" who has to live with "YOUR" health problems.

It is "YOU" that can take charge
and learn how others conquered their health
problems....let them show you the way.

Soon you will know more about your personal health challenges
than any doctor knows about them.

It is "YOU" who may have chosen to live a life of mediocrity.

"YOU" have the power to change every aspect of your life.

"YOU" can choose to study the laws of success and
change your life to one of amazing success.

The tools are all yours for the taking.

Read the bible of success, "Think and Grow Rich" by
Napolean Hill. Read it over and over again
until it is a part of who you are, a person who will
succeed no matter what obstacles may appear.
Don't let the title fool you, money is a small
part of the story. Buy the audiobook called
"The Power of Thinking Big!"

Take responsibility for your life today!

You can change it all if you want!

You can be a winner if you want!

You can be the person you want to be if you
only WANT it enough!

Decide today to take responsibly!

Read the books, do the research, ride the bike,
take the long walk, join the gym!

Go for it and don't stop until you reach your goals!

Here is the best advice I can give you moving forward with
your new life.

"Don't re-invent the wheel!"

Decide what it is you need to accomplish and find someone who has
already reached your goal. Find out how they did it and
copy their model.

Some examples:

*** You have health issues: ***

Read books written by people who "HAD" the same problem you
have and conquered it. The books are out there.....find them!

Don't stop until you have found all the books that are specific
to your health problem.

Don't stop until you have taken the actions recommended
in the books written by people who have overcome your
health problem.

Don't stop until you can walk into your doctors office
and see his/her eyes light up in amazement at the knowledge
you have about your condition! Become the expert on your condition!

*** You want to start a new business: ***

Read business and success books related to the business venture
you want to start.

Find someone who is ultra successful and copy their model.

Remember, they have already been through the ups
and downs...they can teach you how to get where you want to go
quickly.

The same applies to career advancement, child rearing, relationship
advice, etc. Find the experts and let them teach you.

I have mentioned the movie "The Secret" in my emails
recently sent to you.

Imagine how powerful it would be if you had one of the authors
featured in "The Secret" guiding you through your life
and helping you EXPLODE SUCCESS like never before!!

Guess what?

You can.

Bob Proctor from "the Secret" is going to reveal
"forgotten laws" that take the power of the "Secret"
to a whole new level and take YOU to a new level
of success. It is like having your own personal life coach
for success.

Personal Transformational Ecourse Part 1 of 7

Personal Transformational Ecourse (Part 1 of 7)...

Like many people, Jane started meditating because she knew it would improve her life. When it was new and the enthusiasm was there, she found it easy.

Once the novelty wore off, however, Jane wasn't that excited about meditation anymore.

It didn't feel that great. She tired of it easily. She couldn't stop wondering what was happening on Facebook.

She quickly found her meditations go from 30 minutes a day to 30 seconds. "I'm just not in the flow, today," Jane would say as she pulled out the IPad to check her emails.

This approach of "I'll do something when it's going good but quit when it's not going so well" is destroying people's will power – whether they are trying to meditate, paint a portrait or get in shape.

That's why I tell people to time their meditations. Set an alarm. Have a goal. This forces you to say to yourself: "It doesn't matter if my meditation is good or bad... I'm just going to finish it."

Whatever you want to do to improve your life -- set a timer.

Take it a step further by keeping a log or journal – tracking your progress.

Now, once you overcome this barrier to your will power then your "Inner Critic" (a subconscious villain that tries to stop you from living a fulfilling life) will use another far more cunning tactic...

Let's say Jane has committed to meditating five minutes each day whether she's in the mood or not. It's a little difficult at first, but after a few weeks she's really enjoying it.

Then one day she's experiencing a very deep meditation and doesn't want to stop when the alarm goes off. So she keeps on meditating as long as she continues to feel this deep state of peace.

Sounds good, right? Not so fast...

Now, when will she actually stop her meditation since the alarm has already gone off? When her meditation starts going bad. That's when.

So now Jane's giving up. Again.

In my subconscious reprogramming system, Liberate Your Life, I recommend that you meditate for whatever time you know you can consistently commit to every day. Then if you're having a great meditation one day and you want to meditate more, wait until the timer goes and set it again for another five minutes (or whatever time you decide).

The same goes for exercise. If you're on a runner's high after two miles then set another goal. Maybe aim for another mile. Or do the same route again. But don't just keep on running until you don't feel like it anymore.

All of us come into life with our subconscious whims, moods, thoughts and beliefs dictating most of our actions. That's why the first phase of my Liberate Your Life program is all about discovering how your Inner Critic is stopping you from doing what you know you should do to make your life better.

To make it easy for you I've broken the program up into very manageable individual pieces. I send one short lesson to members each week. If you're really stuck on time this can be done in 50 minutes or less.

So, if all you did was put aside 10 minutes a day, Monday through Friday, you'd be able to make massive improvements to your subconscious kingdom – enabling you to guide your thoughts, emotions and actions to achieving the goals you've set in life.

I suggest everybody who is struggling to make real progress on the path of personal development at least commit to completing one lesson of Liberate Your Life each week. Tell yourself: "I'm going to stick with this for six months. At the very worst I'll at least be developing my will power – something I can apply to anything. At the very best I'll have freed myself from my Inner Critic and can start living the life I've only dreamed about."

Liberate Your Life. I dare you. :)

What or Who is Holding You Back

What’s holding you back from being a success?
Is it your family?
Is it your friends?
Is it time?
Is it your health?
Is it a lack of education?
Is it your mindset?
Sometimes our family and friends are contributing factors in
our ability to become successful. They don’t provide support or
worse, they offer negative thoughts such as, “That won’t work”,
“Your idea is crazy”, and “You’ll never amount to anything”. If
these are your friends or family members create your boundaries
and tell them that certain topics are off the table for
discussion. You don’t need to have that negativity.
Where does the time go? Time has a way of getting away from us.
Between work, family responsibilities, and exercise where does
the time go to work on yourself or your goals?  Set time aside
every morning for at least 15 minutes. Six days a week at 15
minutes will give you an extra 90 minutes a week to work on
your goals, meditate, journal or just sit quiet and read.
Having health issues can compromise your ability to climb the
ladder of success. When you don’t feel well it’s difficult to
concentrate and move around. Do your best to get healthy or
make modifications to help you do more with less pain.
When it comes to education we are fortunate to have the
internet. There are many on-line courses that are affordable
and you can learn at your own pace. If you drive long distances
for work, listen to CD’s to learn more about your interests.
Mindset is everything. Success starts and fails with mindset.
It’s the old adage, if you think you can, you can. If you think
you can’t, you cannot and you won’t.
Don’t let these things hold you back.
To Your Success!

Panic Away -End Anxiety and Panic Attacks

Manifesting Secrets

By Aine Belton

Your relationship with your future affects not only where you are heading and where you will end up, but where you are right now!
Your future is always influencing your present. The good news is you can choose the future you wish to influence you, and allow it to change you right now! Your wealth Trigger
In shifting your future orientation you can alter your current state radically. By connecting to your optimum future you create a pathway to that future which, by law of resonance, changes you now.
The means to getting there are the qualities of being there.” ~ Lazaris
As a practical example, if your employer was sending you on a trip to either Hawaii, or to a dingy town with high crime rates, you’d experience very different states in anticipation of your trip.
When you connect to your future at a level where you experience that future’s existence in the present, you engage all the qualities of that future and align your vibration to it, creating a bridge to that future that acts as a portal for its manifestation in your world.Your wealth Trigger
Dwelling from, not upon, the future you desire is the fastest way to change absolutely everything.” ~ Mike Dooley
Just think about. If you knew you could not fail, that your future was filled with dreams-come-true and that your heart’s desires would inevitably manifest, how would you be feeling right now? Pretty good! You’d be feeling the very feelings of that luminous future (which is the key to its manifestation in the present).
Imagine the joy, confidence, peace, expectancy, freedom, excitement, security and so on. These feelings can be the result of future causation, created by the connection to that very future’s existence, energy and essence, and can serve to attract that future into your reality now.
Essentially, time and space are an illusion. The future you desire already exists. Instead of trying to imagine what that future will be like from your present, you can travel to that future and experience it for real.
You can use future causation to ‘drop into your reality’ your desired dreams and visions and accelerate their manifestation.
This has been one of the most profound techniques I have used. The insights I have received in connecting to a desired future in this way have gone beyond the limits of my present imagination or what I would have consciously contrived.
I have been gifted with information and states of being that have been way ‘outside the box’ and have changed me and my reality in the present. This is why I call it Future Causation for it can transform your present state of vibration in an instant; change your energy and you change your world.
What is most important is connecting with your intention, to the energy and essence of that brightest future, even if you are as yet unclear of what that future will look like or what you desire it to be.
This is helpful when you are still formulating your dream life, as it enables you to start attracting your brightest future by connecting to the energy of that future, and in such aligning your vibration to it to set the law of attraction into action.
All futures are possible, yet some are more probable than others depending on your current energetic patterns, stories, tendencies and leanings. Don’t let those leanings be the worn out tracks of your past. Decide on a bright future and let it be the light that leads the way.
Connect to that future you, create a relationship with it, develop a gateway by communicating with that future and holding a vision in your heart and mind, and allow it to have voice in your world today.
What kind of decisions would that future you make? How would they think, feel and be? What solutions would they find? Successes create? Challenges overcome? And so on.
Practice stepping into your future on a regular basis. Hold a ‘future perspective’ when making decisions, setting goals or dealing with challenges.
What would that future you, the healed, empowered, loving, successful self that you are becoming, think, feel and be? Connect to that future and allow it to have voice in your world today in the thoughts, feelings and actions you choose.
Visualizing the outcome of your goals vividly, and as much the essence as the form (i.e. the feelings and qualities of your goal as well as tangible characteristics), is one way to activate future causation. Instead of ‘trying’ to imagine your outcome, however, relax deeply or enter a meditative state and allow yourself to journey to it/step into it ‘for real’.
You can also enter a meditation and meet your brightest future. Set that intention, imagine yourself in a safe place in nature (such as beach, meadow or grove), and allow your optimum future self to come to you. Don’t worry or think too much about what they look like, if they’re much older than you or not or whether you can visualize them clearly or not, for it’s the energy and essence that’s important here, not the form.
When they come to sit or stand opposite you, get a sense of them. What do they feel like to you? How are they different from you in terms of their energy and what you can sense? What stands out about them? Do you get certain thoughts, feelings, images or ideas?
Open your heart and get a feel for them and their presence. You can ask them for advice and insight or simply experience them and allow them to fill you with their gifts, energy, inspiration, guidance and qualities.
Perhaps you imagine light flowing from them into you – into your heart, or mind, or flowing from their hands to yours. At the end of the meditation let them merge and become one with you. The more you practise this, the easier it gets and the more profound the experience will become.
You may receive healing transformations, flashes of insight and inspiration, new perspectives and visions and wonderful feelings of love, joy, freedom, empowerment and clarity.
Love and joy,
